Shipping policy

CLYONE products are made to order and produced and fulfilled through Printify and its network of fulfillment partners.

Order Processing: Orders are generally processed and produced within 2–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination, product, and selected shipping method. As a general guide, shipping for some apparel products may start from approximately $5–$6 within the US, $9–$10 to Canada, and $10+ for some international destinations. Actual rates vary by product and destination.

International Orders: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work with our fulfillment partner to provide a suitable resolution.
